Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Manage the full employee lifecycle process, including preparing offer letters, processing paperwork, and managing exit procedures.

+ Maintain accurate employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed.

+ Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Liaise with benefits providers and resolve employee issues.

+ Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.

+ Manage HR department calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies.

+ Excellent admin skills

+ Must have strong Excel skills

+ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
