    SGI Global is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership in support of the FBI's Insider Threat Office (InTO). This role is essential to coordinating technical and analytical staff, managing deliverables, and ensuring that all work aligns with the FBI's mission to detect, deter, and mitigate insider threats.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for contract execution and delivery.

    + Ensure operational coverage and task prioritization aligned with InTO leadership directives.

    + Direct and support analytical production, including reports, alerts, and trend analysis.

    + Develop methodologies to address complex security challenges.

    + Collaborate with government analysts to define and execute deliverables.

    + Manage reporting and briefings on intelligence findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Coordinate performance reviews and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).

    Qualifications

    + US Citizen.

    + Active Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in program management and intelligence analysis.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and secure government systems.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership in high-security environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Work experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis.

    + Proficiency in understanding security risk management concepts; a security related certification; and experience with intelligence-focused operation environment.
