This role in summary
Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Merchandising Analyst role. This person will help our Ecommerce strategy come to life to drive an optimal consumer experience and maximize margin for our business.
This role will be based onsite in Benton Harbor, MI.
The Merchandising Sr Analyst will be responsible for the day to day execution of pricing and promotions for our Maytag.com Ecommerce business. In this role the Merchandising analyst will work closely with the Merchandising Manager to create and execute promotional plans for our Maytag.com website.
Your responsibilities will include
+ Work cross functionally with the Maytag.com Merchandising Manager, our Site Ops and media teams to deploy promotional content.
+ Ensuring our website is offering accurate and up to date content for our shoppers.
+ Execution of prices onto the website, as well as ad hoc pricing analysis
+ Support the ecommerce team in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes flagging site issues/bugs to our GIT teams and proposing enhancements to improve upon the experience.
+ Act as a liaison to our CXC call center teams. Partnering to optimize our customers' experience together.
+ Support the Maytag.com Manager with ad hoc projects and analysis.
Minimum requirements
+ Bachelors Degree
+ 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Strategy or Sales Operations
Preferred skills and experiences
+ 3+ years total work experience in a business environment, including cross-functional roles.
+ Strong analytic abilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
+ Ability to execute projects/tasks with a strong attention to detail
+ Experience creating an optimized site experience (content placement, product placement, ease of navigation etc.).
+ High personal accountability over business results, relentless pursuit of achieving goals and ownership of results.
+ Continuous improvement mindset; always working to improve efficiency.
+ Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with cross functional partners.
+ Experience with setting goals, hypothesizing improvements, optimizing, and measuring progress/success.RSRWH
