    The **Vice President, People Analytics, Technology and Services** is a **fully remote role** and has overall responsibility and oversight for strategic direction of the HR systems, including planning, budgeting and forecasting, for the entire HR team. Leads a department that is responsible for supporting/providing planning, project coordination, management tools and analytics for the development of a cost-effective HRIS while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization and Hackensack Meridian Health. Leads the Human Resources analytics function in the areas of HR metrics, reporting and advanced and predictive analytics. Responsibilities also include establishing the strategy to deliver exceptional team member experiences through an HR Service Center.

    Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    + BS in Business Management, Human Resources, IT or related field or equivalent experience.

    + Twenty (20) plus years of experience in HRIS leadership including at least five (5) years as a Director, HRIS.

    + At least five (5) years experience in supporting HR Service Centers.

    + Must include in-depth experience of the following areas: project management, report analysis, design and development, business process re-engineering, full lifecycle project methodology and analytics.

    + Must have departmental leadership experience managing a team of employees.

    + Extensive experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) modules including Absence Management, Benefits Administration and Self Service functionalities.

    + In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements mandated by the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, ERISA, EGTRRA, HIPPA, COBRA, FLSA, etc.

    + Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Extensive knowledge of human resources concepts and practices.

    + Expertise in the use of databases, data analysis and modeling as management tools.

    + Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics.

    + Knowledge of shared services methodologies, technology and processes.

    + Familiarity with industry best practices within HR applications and tools that are available.

    + Ability to multitask in a demanding environment, good organizational and communication skills managing complex multidisciplinary projects.

    + Requires ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users, management and non-management customers.

    + Excellent communication and people skills necessary to work within a team environment, across departmental disciplines and with varying levels of management throughout HMH.

    + Ability to effectively respond to rapid change in business needs and technology.

    + Display high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality.

    Starting at $321,193.60 Annually

    Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
