Job Overview
Fairiview Pharmacy Services is hiring a **Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy Programs** .
This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with management or program development experience or who has completed a PGY2 program (administration or leadership preferred).
The Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy programs oversees execution and quality assurance of clinical operations and operational programs for payer contracts, pharma contracts, provider relationships and clinical outcomes. Ensure operations’ execution of contract specific performance guarantees are met.
Responsibilities include:
+ Oversee and be accountable for continued execution of the assigned areas to ensure effective, efficient, reliable client-focused services are achieved and performance guarantees are met.
+ Provide oversight for operational execution of payer, provider and pharma driven programs. Regularly update internal stakeholders on changes to operational processes that affect these programs.
+ Contribute to the enhancement, further development and growth of clinical operations and operational programs.
+ Serve as a liaison between operations teams and payer facing teams, pharma facing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong and collaborative partnerships between the businesses. Participate in enhanced service contract evaluations and communicate finalized contract terms to the affected teams.
+ Identify and support additional pharmacy programs and service opportunities within Fairview Pharmacy Services.
+ Responsible for program development, improvement and coordination of programs across pharmacy services internal operations teams and enhancement of clinic and health system collaborations on provider, payer, and pharma programs.
+ Facilitate communication, program implementation, and outcome metrics to operations, providers/clinics, payer and pharma facing teams to ensure accurate and timely achievement of payer and pharma driven programs.
+ Compile program metrics and data reporting requirements in support of operations for providers and for external facing teams for payers and pharma.
Education
+ Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
License/Certification/Registration
+ MN Pharmacist license
Preferred Experience
+ Completion of a pharmacy residency program, administration and leadership residency preferred, but not required. Or two years pharmacy and/or management experience with experience developing programs.

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
