Join our team as a Financial Analyst who plays a key role in enterprise financial analysis and management reporting by presenting comprehensive financial results and aiding decision making.
This position is located in Catonsville, MD.

Compensation: $68,000 - 80,000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact
+ Support select communities and corporate departmental areas in their financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes (monthly, annual, and long-range) as assigned
+ Assist in developing useful reports, tools, and templates needed by various teams/departments to determine their financial results and/or planning requirements.
+ Assist in organizing and updating policies and procedures related to their respective Finance business processes.
+ Perform data-supported analysis to drive management decisions, including financing decisions, pricing decisions, new site evaluations, etc.
+ Review and analyze monthly financial statements by developing new financial reports, anticipating trends to improve operations, and other tasks
What you will need
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance required; education in lieu of experience may be considered
+ Must have demonstrated skills and proficiency in creating and analyzing reports.
+ Microsoft Office is a must; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
