South Pointe Hospital is looking to add a Program Manager to the team who will manage the Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM-3) Residency program and Osteopathic Recognition. All of our residency programs - Anesthesiology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedic Surgery, and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine - are ACGME accredited. In addition, Anesthesiology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Orthopaedic Surgery have obtained Osteopathic Recognition. Our Sponsoring Institution is the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, and we are also affiliated with the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM-4:30PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

+ Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

+ Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

+ Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

+ Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

+ Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

+ Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate's Degree and four years of experience OR Master's Degree and one year of experience

+ Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

+ Experience in a healthcare setting and/or medical education

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $25.13

Maximum hourly: $38.33
