Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as Associate Director, Production Program Manager (PM) for the Evolved Seasparrow Missile program. The Production PM will manage the FY21-23 production contract, $1.4B contract value, responsible for all aspects of contract execution. This position requires proficiency in leading strong cross functional teams, managing a large program, driving communication of project goals/objectives/decisions and delivering results to the team, customers, and business leadership.

What You Will Do:
+ Define and monitor program tasks, budgets, plans, costs, schedules, and technical performance.
+ Manage profit and loss, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Estimate at Completions (EACs).
+ Lead and promote best practices in program management for production.
+ Set program priorities, resolve conflicts, and implement gates and reviews with the customer.
+ Interface with stakeholders and government customers.
+ Travel up to 20% for domestic and international business engagements.

Qualifications You Must Have:
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
+ Prior Program/Project management experience
+ Prior People Leadership/Management Experience
+ Prior Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
+ Prior Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management Systems/Tools
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Raytheon Program Management Certification Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within a year
+ Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
+ Graduate from the Emerging Program Manager Development Program (EPMD)
+ Certified BOE Developer / Approver
+ Experience with IPDS including through the engineering development, test and integration phases
+ Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
+ Experience in capturing new business/program(s), proposals, and customer engagement
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, and/or administrative functions
+ Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
