    The oneRTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) initiative aims to harmonize essential business processes, tools, metrics, and reporting across Corporate, Enterprise Services, and all three business units by integrating them into a unified ERP system using SAP S/4HANA.

     

    Reporting to the Raytheon VP of S4, the Controls Associate Director of the Raytheon Process and Systems Transformation Team (PST), is pivotal in helping to shape the future of Raytheon through strategic program management and systems transformation.

    What You Will Do:

    The Raytheon PST Controls lead will be responsible for engaging and receiving guidance from Raytheon’s Legal, Contracts, Global Trade leaders, and other key stakeholders to support PST initiatives and ensure that the appropriate levels of controls are in place.

     

    It is imperative that Raytheon initiatives ensure company's business practice remain in compliance with regulatory, contractual or other items to effectively do business. This leader will have to communicate the need for potentially additional processes, deviation from desired RTX objectives or relaxation of overly conservative interpretations of requirements. This role will also balance appropriate levels of controls and how to use processes and tools to support employees.

     

    Across the company, there are varying degrees of how business processes/tools enable adherence to compliance. This role will help discussions with key decision makers and workstreams to define new ways of doing business and supporting employees to do the right thing.

    _Controls Leadership Responsibilities:_

    + Create and lead a council of key stakeholders across Raytheon to comprehend contractual, regulatory and other drivers for PST

    + Create a risk-based approach to methodically determine recommend the right level of controls to define future processes and tools for Raytheon’s adoption of PST

    + Support the PST workstreams in understanding how Raytheon can adopt RTX processes with the right controls per the guidance of the Controls Council

    + Responsible for engaging the RTX PST Controls team along with peers across the enterprise to drive alignment with Raytheon

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience (Business, Org Development, Change Management or a related field)

    + Experience working in a highly regulated industry

    + Ability to travel ~20-30%

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.​

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

    + Subject Matter Expertise in regulatory, contractual or other requirements

    + Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

     

    The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

     

    Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

     

    Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
