We are seeking an Electronic Technician to help maintain the electronic tools and equipment we use in our day-to-day operations. In this position, you may fix anything from radios to production machines, primarily responding to service calls from other employees. However, you will also perform general maintenance and inspections to avoid these breakdowns in the tools and equipment. We prefer that you have a vocational certificate from a community or technical college, but we are also willing to work with applicants who have gained on-the-job experience. A completed apprenticeship is also acceptable.

What You Will Do

+ Respond to service calls for electronic equipment

+ Repair equipment or call for a specialist

+ Perform routine maintenance on electronic equipment

+ Inspect equipment to avoid malfunctions

+ Maintain compliance with all safety regulations

+ Requirements and Qualifications

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US), an Associate degree in technical area: Electronic Engineering, Electronics

+ or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

+ Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
