The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Business Solution Analyst – Vendor Management Systems (VMS) plays a critical role in the deployment and sustainment of RTX’s enterprise-wide services procurement and contingent workforce management solutions. As a key member of the Procurement Applications team within Product Lifecycle Services (PLS), this individual will lead the technical-functional design, implementation, and support of a modern, cloud-based VMS platform, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Digital Technology, supply chain, HR, and external partners.
This position requires deep functional knowledge of contingent labor processes and VMS platforms, along with the technical acumen to lead integrations, configurations, and testing across complex enterprise landscapes.
What You Will Do:
+ Enterprise VMS Solution Delivery
+ Serve as the lead business analyst and solution integrator for the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of RTX’s global Vendor Management System (VMS) platform.
+ System Design & Configuration
+ Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs, configure the VMS application to align with enterprise policies, and collaborate with architecture and data teams to establish secure integrations with SAP Fieldglass, SAP ERP, and SAP Ariba systems.
+ Testing & Transition to Operations
+ Drive system testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure platform readiness. Develop deployment plans, training content, and post-launch support strategies to ensure a successful transition to operations.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with sourcing, HR, compliance, DT security, and external implementation teams to align solution design to business goals, process standards, and risk requirements.
+ Ongoing Enhancements & Platform Health
+ Monitor platform performance, manage enhancements, and support end-user requests and issue resolution post-deployment.
Strategic Focus Areas:
+ Functional ownership and delivery of VMS capabilities (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline)
+ Design and testing of enterprise integrations for external workforce management
+ Support for contingent labor processes across domestic and international programs
+ Platform compliance with RTX’s data security, export controls, and access governance standards
+ Enablement of data-driven workforce planning and supplier performance visibility
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline), including configuration, integration, and testing
+ Strong understanding of contingent labor and services procurement processes in complex organizations with demonstrated experience with enterprise application architecture, cloud solution deployment, and data integration workflows
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead resolution in partnership with cross-functional DT teams
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams for documentation and collaboration with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across remote teams and technical audiences
+ Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or Beeline VMS platforms
+ Familiarity with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and SAP Ariba applications
+ Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with PI Planning and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)
+ Understanding of Aerospace & Defense compliance standards (ITAR, US Persons, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
