    + CRNA-only practice model

    + Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services including Ultrasound-guided blocks, and epidurals

    + Experience required

    Banner Health offers per diem CRNAs:

    + Restricted rate of **$130/hour** (w/ 8-hour guarantee M-F) andUnrestricted rate of **$50/hour**
