    WesleyLife is seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Applications Director to lead the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide software applications. This role is responsible for ensuring that all application systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), CRM, HRIS, and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms are aligned with organizational goals, optimized for performance, and scalable for future growth.

     

    The Enterprise Applications Director will provide leadership to a team of Application Analysts and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement in application use. This role requires proven experience managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications across diverse platforms.

    As a Enterprise Application Director, you will:

    + Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications in alignment with business goals.

    + Identify opportunities for system enhancements and new technologies to improve business processes and efficiency.

    + Conduct thorough reviews of application contracts and documentation.

    + Ensure compliance with Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and other regulatory requirements.

    + Leverage expertise in SharePoint and MS 365 apps for deployment, optimization, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

    + Implement and optimize AI technologies within enterprise applications to enhance functionality and performance.

    + Lead and manage enterprise application projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.

    + Oversee the deployment and execution of new software applications across the organization.

    + Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for all software systems.

    + Drive the optimization of software portfolios to increase adoption rates and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

    + Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure interoperability between systems and data flow between systems is accurate and timely.

    + Manage the integration of various systems, ensuring smooth information flow and interoperability.

    + Negotiate with vendors to ensure proper data destruction and access during the cloud system sunset process.

    + Develop and implement procedures for data retention and destruction.

    + Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

    + Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and support for enterprise application initiatives.

    + Cultivate a skilled team, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

    + Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

    + Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors and service providers.

    + Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

    + Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are upheld within software systems

    + Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks within software systems WesleyLife owns.

    + Develop and manage the budget for enterprise applications, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.

    + Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources.
