    Summary:

    The Financial Planning & Analysis team oversees our investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital investment. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. Your responsibilities will include the creation, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditures for the Meta Robotics Studio team.     Required Skills:

    Finance Manager, Robotics Responsibilities:

    1. Manage all FP&A activities for a growing team including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

    2. Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through detailed financial analysis

    3. Drive data driven decision making & analysis of deal structure and strategic roadmap investments

    4. Dive into critical capital Investments, headcount requirements, and long term strategic implications of agreements

    5. Manage financial implications associated with acquisitions

    6. Develop forecasting models in a dynamic production and R&D environment

    7. Develop business partnerships with various functions across Reality Labs and AI organizations

    8. Provide insights to business partners through variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes

    9. Collaborate with groups in finance and operations, including vendor management, fixed assets, accounting and tax

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. 9+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or finance

    11. BS, BA or MS in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or similar discipline)

    12. Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leadership

    13. Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders

    14. Experience with building financial models in Excel

    15. Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning

    16. Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with leadership

    17. Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity

    18. Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in quantitative field

    19. Experience managing a hardware/operations portfolio

    20. Experience with PowerPoint, Oracle and Hyperion

    21. Knowledge of SQL

    22. Knowledge of Robotics, AI, and/or Hardware development fields

    Public Compensation:

    $142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
