In this role, you'll help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every donor who walks through our doors—while supporting the global mission of saving lives through plasma-based therapeutics.

What You'll Do:
As a Medical Screener, you’ll be the first point of contact for our plasma donors, playing a key role in the donor journey by:
+ Greeting donors and creating a welcoming, professional environment
+ Registering donors and reviewing their medical histories
+ Conducting vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature
+ Performing finger sticks to test hematocrit and protein levels
+ Monitoring donors throughout the donation process and responding to their needs
+ Preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
+ Recording donor data accurately in electronic systems
+ Educating donors on plasma donation, nutrition, and safety best practices
+ Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with FDA, EU, and company guidelines

What We're Looking For:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role—healthcare, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and communication skills
+ Comfortable working with technology and following standard procedures
+ (Louisiana only) Clinical Laboratory Personnel license required

Physical Requirements
Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.
