**Description:** You will ensure the needs of new and existing AMMM Sustainment customers are clearly identified and communicated to the Aero Sustainment Capability Delivery System teams and actively monitor performance to those requirements\.

You will serve as the conduit for coordinated customer and AMMM sustainment communications, metrics reporting, and performance resolution\. In this position, you will have responsibility for upfront planning to provide a comprehensive sustainment plan to meet contractual obligations\. Other responsibilities will involve but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting sustainment new business and proposal activity \(RFI/RFP\), ensuring sustainment work is bid consistently and appropriately\.

• Ensuring development and creation of Integrated Logistics Support strategies/solutions for each customer\.

• Creating internal and external executive\-level presentations, ensures messages are communicated correctly and consistently\.

• Supporting Corporate and Aero initiatives to enhance sustainment market position\.

• Serving as one of the primary internal & external points of contact for integrating Logistics Functions and providing support to our products collaborating with Program Management/Integrators, Capability leaders, and Customer Stakeholders to Resolve Technical and Performance Issues Associated with Sustainment Products including Risk and Opportunity, Continuous Improvement Activities, Action Items, etc\.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college\.

Demonstrated logistics background and experience with all Integrated Logistics Support \(ILS\) elements including Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Mods/Maintenance Repair and Operations, Support Equipment, Performance Based Logistics \(PBL\) and/or Training

Demonstrated ability to foster internal and external customer relationships \(i\.e\. military customers, cross\-functional teammates\)

Demonstrated experience effectively dealing with abstract issues and/or independently developing strategic plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal and external customers

Knowledge of AMMM aircraft, sustainment acquisition processes, proposal processes, and/or unique product support strategies

Demonstrated ability to drive closure and resolve complex and large\-scale technical challenges; demonstrated experience informally or formally leading complex global teams

Desired Skills:

Holds a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in related field

wide variety of customer experience, with specific experience supporting a government customer

Proven experience as a strategic thinker with the ability to translate into actions and results

Adept at working within matrix organizations for successful execution

Experience briefing General\-officer level customer personnel as well as Director or Vice President levels within Lockheed Martin

Demonstrated ability to negotiate solutions that product a positive outcome with a variety of internal and external stakeholders\.

Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of connectivity and support of Sustainment to the overall success of the business

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
