• Adjunct Faculty in Marketing

    Siena College (Loudonville, NY)


     

    The Department of Marketing at Siena College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach the Marketing Practicum Preparation course in-person for the Fall 2025 semester. This course prepares students for internships or experiential learning experiences in marketing. The course engages students in hands-on career exploration and development activities to deepen their understanding of marketing careers.

     

    Salary: $1,333.34 per contact hour

     

    The hiring salary above represents the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

    Job Requirements:

    + A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Education in Counseling, or a related field is required.

    + Extensive professional experience in career counseling is required

    + Demonstrated ability to guide students in career exploration, professional development, and preparation for internships or experiential learning.

    + Familiarity with self-assessment tools, resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, job search strategies, and interview coaching techniques.

    + Experience working with students in a liberal arts setting.

     

    Successful candidates will show a commitment to fostering professional growth in undergraduate students and contribute to Siena College's mission of educating the whole person.
