We are looking to hire an RN for our Outpatient Float Pool! This position will support various Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Clinics (SAMG) across the Treasure Valley. *Schedules will vary based on clinic location and need.

POSITION** **SUMMARY** **& HIGHLIGHTS** **:

As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

General Requirements:

+ Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.

Education:

+ An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

License/Certification:

+ Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.

+ Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.

+ All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.

+ Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
