Job Summary
The Partner Marketing Account Specialist is responsible for recommending and managing tailored marketing initiatives for SHI's emerging and mid-tier partners, ensuring effective execution and billing of programs while providing ROI analysis. This role involves managing Marketing Development Funds, building partner relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and promoting company marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and revenue.
Role Description
• Recommend and tailor marketing initiatives for SHI’s emerging and mid-tier managed partners.
• Collaborate, plan, execute, and manage billing for marketing programs.
• Provide ROI analysis on sales enablement and demand generation activities.
• Create and reconcile marketing contracts and invoices for assigned partners.
• Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budgets using partner fund claim systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with emerging and mid-tier partners to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Host regular marketing check-ins and meetings with partners to track progress.
• Address issues, communicate needs, and facilitate synergy among partner relationships.
• Conduct presentations, conference calls, video meetings, and email communications with clients.
• Pitch and promote company marketing programs to assigned partners.

Other Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, accounting, or sales/partner/vendor support
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to travel 10%
The base salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are $60,000 - $75,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
