Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II actively networks to identify candidates, conducts resume searches, and maintains a network of active and passive candidates using various sourcing practices. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, contributing to recruiting strategies, screening candidates, and participating in recruitment events. The ideal candidate will support recruitment-related administrative tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and utilize digital platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.

Role Description
• Engage in active networking to identify and approach candidates.
• Conduct resume searches and initial contact with potential candidates.
• Maintain a network of active and passive candidates.
• Utilize sourcing practices including job boards and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies.
• Screen candidates and assist with interview scheduling.
• Participate in local career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Skill Level Requirements
• Expertise in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent through strategic sourcing methods, effective recruitment marketing, and a deep understanding of the competitive job market - Intermediate
• The ability to adeptly use various digital platforms and applications designed for human resources management, including payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, and employee performance evaluation software, to streamline HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency - Intermediate
• Experienced in navigating ATS platforms like iCIMS, with proficiency in tracking applicant progress, managing recruitment workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with HR systems - Intermediate
• Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools - Intermediate
• Experience in utilizing video conferencing platforms, hosting virtual meetings, managing participant interactions, and troubleshooting common technical issues - Intermediate
Other Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
• Ability to travel 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
