Job Summary
The SHI Services Solutions Architect – AI will analyze, design, and implement Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in deploying services within our customers’ and partners environments.
Role Description
• Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
• Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Service Delivery and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
• Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, and provide relevant technology/architecture recommendations.
• Stay current with new technologies and frameworks, drive the retirement of legacy solutions/technologies, and recommend adopting new partners or solution components.
+ Responsible for the design, consult, and implementation of AI and related technologies based on customer requirements including:
+ Copilot for Microsoft 365
+ Microsoft SharePoint Security and Search Management
+ Microsoft Teams Policies and Security
+ Microsoft Purview Security Basics
+ Reporting and analysis of adoption metrics
+ Copilot Studio
+ Develop of custom agents
+ Integration of topics and generative AI in solutions
+ Speak to licensing structure and cost
+ Deployment of Copilot Agents to both internal and external audiences
+ AI Builder
+ Developing custom AI models
+ Integration with Power Platform solutions
+ Testing and scoring of models for accuracy
+ Documentation of model training requirements for future refinement
+ Perform PowerShell scripting for automation, documentation, and standardization
+ Perform Power BI reporting for utilization analysis and adoption of solutions
+ Ensure security is integrated into all Microsoft 365 architecture solutions

Skill Level Requirements
+ Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
+ Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and integrating Microsoft Power Platform technology
+ Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and reporting
+ Proficiency with the design, implementation, migrations, and support of Microsoft Collaboration, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder solutions
Other Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel occasionally
+ Minimum 2+ years’ experience of Architect services
+ Experience with additional Artificial Intelligence solutions including:
+ Machine Learning
+ Diverse Large Language Models (LLMs) including, but not limited to:
+ OpenAI
+ ChatGPT
+ Gemini
+ Claude
The base salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. The estimated on-target earning, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are $180,000 - $225,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
