What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead and coordinate night shift operations to ensure safety and productivity

+ Monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

+ Support and guide team members to meet production goals

+ Communicate effectively with day shift and management for smooth transitions

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

+ Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

+ $38.13 per hour

+ additional $.40 cents per hour over the bae rate for night shift differential
