    Position Summary

    The Night Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the shipping operations in all required administrative tasks, including verifying and producing invoices for customers, running and analyzing reports, and general data entry.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Verify customer orders versus actual product selected to ship and generate accurate invoices

    + Run and analyze various reports, including end of day reports and inventory shortage reports

    + Gather and stage route bags for Drivers with required information, including invoices

    + Scans and files Bill of Ladings (BOL’s) & Proof of Deliveries (POD’s)

    + Review and disposition of batches nightly to ensure all product and batches are complete

    + Assist Selection with running products short in the bin

    + Will operate a stand up forklift as needed

    + Other duties as assigned
