    Join our team as a Project Coordinator in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences! We are seeking Project Coordinators of all levels (I, II and III) to supervise, coordinate, and assist with the completion of projects such as Texas Child Access Through Telehealth (TCHATT), Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN), and other grant funded projects with the Telebehavioral Care Program. In this role, you will develop and coordinate project plans with schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders through full implementation.     + Project Needs: Identify and manage essential project needs, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, communication, and services. Your efforts will be crucial in driving our projects forward.

    + Compliance: Ensure compliance with important regulations like HIPAA and FERPA. Your attention to detail will safeguard our projects and maintain our commitment to excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Project Coordinator I: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience AND three years of related experience in project coordination/administration.

     

    Project Coordinator II: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience AND four years of related experience in project coordination/administration.

     

    Project Coordinator III: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience AND five years of related experience in project coordination/administration.

     

    The well-qualified candidate will also possess

     

    Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within telehealth or a related field. Literacy and competency with utilizing technology. Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and flexibility.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications, and standard proofreading. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cooperatively with others.

     

    *Compensation and classification are based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
