The Digital Experience team is focused on building and communicating a unified Digital Vision and Strategy, developing a portfolio of high-impact initiatives that deliver on that strategy. This growing organization reflects Delta’s ambition to become a more customer-centric, experience-driven company. The Manager, Strategy will collaborate closely with the Digital leadership team and stakeholders across Delta to facilitate the desired outcomes of Delta’s digital strategy.
This cross-functional role requires flexibility and adaptability, managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, including storytelling / presentation development, research / analysis and creative problem solving. This manager must be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect with stakeholders at all levels. In support of the digital strategy, this leader will facilitate alignment of initiatives along the customer journey, and play a significant role in Delta’s Digital Transformation. The scope of this role also includes leadership and oversight of key management routines for the Digital organization, ranging from management reviews to value tracking / impact monitoring.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead storytelling and integration of Delta’s digital vision and strategy
+ Develop executive-level communications and presentations for Digital leadership to drive key stakeholder alignment and connection to Delta goals
+ Work closely with cross-divisional partners to conduct tracking of digital initiatives & priorities
+ Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including strategic analysis of digital experiences, presentation development and storytelling of experience insights
+ Manage and socialize standardized journey map & service design toolkit, supporting adoption across teams
+ Collaborate across product teams to facilitate and support initiative roadmaps, journey maps, and service blueprints
+ Oversee communications and processes for the Digital team’s management routines
+ Drive innovative and creative thinking, and inspire others across the organization to achieve desired outcomes
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ 5-10 years of relevant work experience related to Corporate Strategy, Business Unit strategy, Service Design, Program / Project Management, and/or Change Management
+ Exceptional written and oral communications skills, with an emphasis on impactful presentations
+ Excellent program / project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
+ Experience using journey maps and/or service blueprints to drive customer experience outcomes
+ Strong influence, negotiation, analytical, and program management skills
+ Builds relationships and trust with ease
+ Must have strong business, strategic and customer experience acumen
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
+ Ability to effectively leverage internal and external partnerships to drive results
+ Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, and perform well under pressure
+ Understanding of, and passion for, Digital Strategy / e-Commerce; prior experience with other Delta divisions a plus: ACS, IFS, RES, Customer Experience Design, especially
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent number of years relevant work experience; MBA preferred
