WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Focused on Nike Women’s Training Footwear, you will work closely with your Product Creation community, as well as cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design, Technical Development, and Leadership teams, in order to lead the product expression cycles for Training. Your work will overlap with Fields of Play across Nike to amplify our athlete* needs in product expression.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an innovative and curious Product Manager to join our Women's Footwear team.
What you bring...
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
+ 2-3 years of related experience in product creation or industry adjacent roles.
+ Self-starting, and ability to work with autonomy.
+ Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines, across overlapping product calendars.
+ Passion for product and sport, and excitement to become expert in Training trends, and experiences.
+ Energy and passion for storytelling: maintaining the voice of the athlete*, and providing rich storytelling for seasonal briefing.
+ Outstanding attention to details and organizational skills.
+ Strong curiosity about people and culture. Open mindedness for continual learning, and stretching.
+ Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, team briefing, and leadership reviews.
+ Ability to travel up to 5-10%
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
+ You will lead the product expression workflow through consumer insights, data analysis, and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners.
+ You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
+ You will be responsible for crafting insightful and impactful product expression briefs, reflecting athlete* needs/wants, and business opportunities.
+ Ability to analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and bringing quality product to market that solves problems for our consumer and meets margin targets.
+ You will ensure the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints.
