Job Descriptions:

$1,000 Signing Bonus Offered

+ Prepare Loan Documentation for customer execution and booking

+ Review Business Organizational documents and Business Filings

+ Obtain and review UCC searches/records

+ Coordinate and work with Title Companies on real estate title reports, settlement statements and fees

+ Review loan packages for completeness, compliance, and readiness for loan closing and post-closing audits

+ Coordinate with Insurance companies to insure proper and sufficient insurance coverage on collateral

+ Secure and perfect collateral

+ Disburse funds

+ Review booking vs. loan documentation and approval

+ Submit loan and ticklers for booking to Loan Accounting

+ Coordinate with Business Banking and Scanning to help build and maintain existing electronic loan files; Complete and manage workflows to track loan progress and post-closing ticklers progress

+ Other responsibilities, duties or special projects which may be added at manager’s discretion

Required Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience, preferably with loan preparation, loan documentation, or closing

+ Ability to review and understand legal contracts and agreements is a plus

+ Associate's degree preferred, or High School Diploma with related field or equivalent work experience

+ Excellent knowledge of computer programs

+ Excellent documentation and follow-up skills

+ General understanding of banking-related operations

+ Strong attention to detail, organization and time management

+ Ability to handle multiple assignments

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
