About the Role:
As a CBRE Marketing Consultant, you will create and implement basic marketing strategies to achieve company and client business objectives.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do:
+ Conduct basic marketing research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
+ Develop and execute marketing strategies according to company or client objectives and budgets.
+ Oversee public relations tasks for the department or client. This includes distributing press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles to the media.
+ Perform marketing-related tasks including campaign planning, graphic design, and content creation.
+ Approve internal and external marketing materials for final distribution. This includes proofreading extra content, reviewing creative materials, and ensuring branding is in alignment with company standards.
+ Act as a liaison between the department and external vendors. Develop and maintain a database of preferred resources. Negotiate prices and maintain relationships. Provide cost estimates to clients and management.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for senior management.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of Marketing concepts and procedures to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach a mutual agreement.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, required.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

_CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing Consultant position is $92,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Consultant position is $172,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
