SUMMARY:
The Private Client Institutional Director is accountable for overseeing the development and implementation of a strategic plan to onboard new partners while also driving incremental growth with our existing relationships. These relationships include retirement partners, banking entities, accounting firms and financial advisory firms. The Private Client Institutional Director will also be responsible for managing relationships with producers across HUB offices that generate cross-selling opportunities. This role requires knowledge of private client business, the ability to articulate the value proposition seamlessly to all levels of an organization and the ability to work across different disciplines with ease.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Development and implementation of Cross-Sell initiatives and the appropriate metrics to measure the success of established strategies/initiatives.
+ Develop a strategic plan to grow our institutional relationships across a broad range of business lines
+ Serve as a relationship development resource to champion the value proposition for Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Life and Retirement & Private Wealth and bridge the gap to the appropriate regional resources that will build and close these new relationships.
+ Proactively mine EPIC, BP, and CORE data to identify cross-sell opportunities. Provide coaching and best practices techniques to sales teams and oversee the tracking and analytics related to opportunities uncovered through cross-sell opportunities.
+ Program-manage large relationships and cross-sell campaigns. Duties include establishing project plans and clearly articulated goals, timetables, and deliverables; producing reporting and metrics to assess efficacy of efforts; and providing ongoing support to partners and regional staff across the partnership through calls, meetings, and in-person discussions.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
+ P & C license required; CIC, CISR, or other relevant certificates preferred
+ 5+ years of work experience in a servicer/customer service/sales role within the High Net Worth, Retail or Financial Services space
+ Robust understanding of the financial underpinnings of the insurance industry and its impact on HUB clients
+ Proven success as a client-centric, detail-oriented, self-starter who follows through and follows up with clients and partners
+ Strong general insurance knowledge as well as specialized knowledge in key high net worth areas and associated products

_Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 (plus quarterly bonus based on targets) and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
