    As a **Senior Account Executive – Employee Benefits** , you will provide comprehensive account management for employer groups ranging from 50 to 5,000 lives. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, managing all aspects of their health and welfare benefit plans and ensuring a high level of service and strategic guidance.

    Key Responsibilities** **:

    + Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships

    + Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more

    + Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling

    + Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients

    + Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews

    + Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements

    + Maintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management System

    + Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed

    + Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed

    Qualifications** **:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + Minimum of 8 years’ experience in brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate benefits

    + Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

    + Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred​

    The expected pay range for this position is $105,000 annually to $120,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
