    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Project Management Senior Coordinator, you will provide sophisticated administrative support to the team. This role will support a high construction project volume, which includes project documentation preparation, escalation for dedication, invoice & pay application processing, financial reconciliations, and data analysis. Projects are generally small-scale tenant improvement needs at the facilities level. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

    What You’ll Do:

    Advise the process documentation for project commitments. Review external quotes for processing. Approve change orders, directives, and contemplative notices.

     

    Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.

     

    Manage and enter project information and data into management technology tools.

     

    Oversee the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

     

    Act as a 'go-to' administrator for project tracking systems and websites. Prepare project status reports for the workgroup. Train new team members on policies, administration, and governance.

     

    Process invoices and pay applications. Act as a point of contact for advanced matters among the team.

     

    Assist management in the implementation of and monitoring of project practices, policies, and administration deliverables.

     

    Recognize and tackle typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

     

    Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

     

    Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.

     

    Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and mentorship.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

    + 4-year college degree preferred

    + An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

    + Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

    + Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

    + Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

    + Knowledge of Power BI and Smartsheet is helpful.

    + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive demeanor.

    + General math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.

     

    Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $30/hr and the maximum salary for this position is $32/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
