**Location:** Remote to Puerto Rico
Overview: Candidate will be implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, often with a focus on HR processes. Will work on projects, gathering business requirements, defining functional specifications, and ensuring successful system integration and configuration.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
+ Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as recruiting, talent management, performance management, compensation, and HR analytics.
+ Work closely with clients to understand their HR business needs and identify how SuccessFactors can be used to address them.
+ Define functional specifications for the SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring the system aligns with client requirements.
+ Some roles involve leading and coordinating projects, including data conversion, testing, and system customization.
+ Provide ongoing support for the SuccessFactors system, handling change requests and user inquiries.
+ A strong understanding of HR best practices is essential for successful project delivery and driving HR transformation.
+ Experience with SuccessFactors modules, data conversion tools, and configuration processes.
+ Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Ability to analyze business needs and identify solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study
+ 6+ years of SAP experience
+ Proven experience and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
+ Understanding of HR management principles and practices.
+ Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and work in a team environment.
+ Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
+ Proficiency in SAP systems, including configuration, customization, and testing.
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Work Environment:
+ Remote to Puerto Rico
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
