Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide compassionate care to adult patients in an outpatient Internal Medicine setting

+ Assist with patient assessments, documentation, vitals, and procedures

+ Collaborate with RNs, providers, and office staff to ensure smooth clinical operations

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

+ Current New York State LPN license (or eligibility)

+ BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

Physical Requirements:

+ Frequent walking, standing, and patient interaction

+ Occasional lifting, reaching, and bending
