Participate in the delivery of those programs, events, and services in conjunction with the Graduate Assistant, while training, mentoring, and coaching the Career Ambassadors, to ensure their successful participation.

Engage in appropriate outreach to academic and administrative departments and represent the CCD in encouraging and promoting participation in and utilization of programs and services offered by the Career Ambassadors and CCD team with attention to marginalized communities and BU's diverse student population. Represent the CCD at designated events or programs.

Support data collection on programs, services and outcomes, utilize data in program planning and evaluation, produce reports as needed, and support the CCD's overall data analytics and assessment strategies. Participate in professional associations, remain current on best practices and trends in the field, and contribute to the profession through presenting, publishing, or serving on committees.

Oversee budget for student engagement, including payroll, to ensure annual spending is effective and within fiscal limits.
