Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity (BC) Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our business continuity efforts across the organization. This strategic role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) program that ensures the resilience of our operations in the face of disruptions. The BC Program Manager will define overarching standards and policies for the BCM program and monitor the adherence of the business areas to these defined standards and policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of risk management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field required (Master's degree preferred).
+ 8 - 10 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, CBRM) and PMP are a plus.
+ Strong knowledge of business continuity planning frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST).
+ Strong track record in building strong teams and partnerships cross-functionally across all levels of management, is results oriented, forward thinking, professional, and organized.
+ Proven experience providing vision, direction, enthusiasm and leadership to the organization and its continuity planning and processes.
+ Proven experience in crisis management and disaster recovery planning including a proven ability to develop, document, and test business continuity strategies and plans.
+ Strong knowledge of healthcare operations.
+ Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
+ Experience with business continuity management and governance IT solutions.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
