    Robert Half has a client seeking an Organic Social Media Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English and can work onsite in Philadelphia, PA 4x a week for 6 months.

     

    You will be responsible for executing organic social strategy and content publishing across all platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and actively lead ongoing community management efforts. This role also leads Latino-relevant talent interviews and offsite activations, including proactively soliciting new opportunities with core Latino content partners aligned to strategy. Responsibilities include preparing for and participating in celebrity interviews, reviewing and approving corresponding creative output, and managing onsite planning, production capture, and post-event recaps. The position also requires hands-on content creation, editing, and production for the brands social platforms.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Serve as a key stakeholder in aligning with and executing the brands organic social strategy and social playbook development.

    + Deliver assets based on the approved social calendar, ensuring adherence to platform-specific posting requirements.

    + Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Creative & Community Management to ensure holistic calendar alignment.

    + Provide key creative support.

    + Offer feedback aligned to the social playbook and design system.

    + Serve as the primary liaison for providing creative feedback to agency partners.

    + Route social creative through appropriate internal and external approval processes.

    + Lead outbound community management efforts.

    + Engage in Latino-centric conversations (e.g., movies, sports, series) on TikTok and other platforms, posting aligned comments based on trending opportunities and content strategy.

    + Maintain consistent engagement throughout the week by logging in twice per day.

    + Flexibility for after-hours and occasional weekend activity is required, with work schedules adjusted as needed.

    + Represent brand at partner activations, talent interviews, and offsite “ownable” series shoots.

    + Manage day-to-day operations for Latino talent and offsite activations in partnership with the Manager, Social Content Partnerships.

    + Interviewing talent according to training and production guidelines.

    + Reviewing and approving creative outputs (e.g., social cutdowns, full interviews).

    + Uploading full interviews to YouTube and trafficking corresponding social assets per content calendar.

    + Actively soliciting new partnership opportunities and evaluating proposals for strategic fit.

    + Scheduling and coordinating interviews in collaboration with the production agency and interviewers.

    + Deliver event recap reports documenting key learnings and performance outcomes.

    + Support Latino-focused internal relationships and initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Social Content Partnerships.

    + Apply data insights and ongoing performance analyses to optimize creative execution and community engagement strategies.

    + Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    + Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; variable schedules, including nights and weekends, may be required.

    Requirements

    + Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities in both languages.

    + Deep cultural knowledge and understanding of Hispanic audiences.

    + Data-backed understanding of Hispanic preferences and social media usage patterns.

    + Prior experience working with Hispanic brands or brands targeting Hispanic audiences in a similar social media, content, or creative management role.

    + Ability to independently capture, edit, and produce social-first content (preferred).
