Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Campbell, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring the accuracy of transactions, and supporting essential accounting operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while honing your skills in accounts management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and timely payment processing.

• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as tracking incoming payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring proper documentation and timely billing.

• Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Process invoices efficiently, verifying amounts and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Utilize accounting software QuickBooks manage financial transactions.

• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.

• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Skilled in invoice processing and maintaining detailed financial documentation.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
