    Job Description: Contract Administrative Assistant (Through October)

    Position Overview:

    As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a critical role within the branch team, guiding customers through positive, end-to-end experiences. Your main focus will be originating consumer loans, assisting with loan applications, cultivating strong customer relationships, and working toward meeting established sales goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a polished and professional demeanor, a friendly and energetic attitude, dependability, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively pursues opportunities to generate new loan business, building relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

    • Assesses customer needs to identify and present the most suitable consumer loan options and related voluntary products.

    • Guides borrowers through the application process, preparing loan proposals and offers while ensuring timely follow-ups with applicants in progress.

    • Provides detailed explanations of loan products and processes, addressing customer inquiries to support an informed borrowing experience.

    • Takes accountability for customer concerns, collaborating with management to design and implement solutions for potential loan challenges.

    • Manages loan closings, organizes loan files, processes documentation, and performs other administrative duties as needed.

    • Consistently achieves and surpasses individual loan targets.

    Requirements

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (i.e., retail sales, goal-oriented or incentive based).

    + Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills are a must.

    + Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.

    + Ability to successfully navigate priorities while paying close attention to details.

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
