    Description

    We are looking for a highly experienced Data/Information Architect to join our team in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust data solutions for our manufacturing industry operations. Your expertise will drive data governance, workflow optimization, and strategic collaboration across teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and build data architectures and servers from the ground up to support business needs.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including workflow charts and detailed timelines.

    • Create and maintain data models that ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management.

    • Implement and enforce data governance policies to achieve compliance and consistency.

    • Engineer data solutions, leveraging advanced database technologies to enhance system performance.

    • Serve as a Business Analyst to gather and interpret requirements from stakeholders.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing data-related inquiries and resolving issues.

    • Utilize cloud technologies and analytics tools to support scalable and efficient operations.

    • Drive continuous improvement processes, including ETL workflows and CICD methodologies.

     

    Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture or related roles.

     

    • Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS and advanced database systems like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and DB2.

    • Expertise in data modeling tools, including Erwin Data, and ETL processes like Informatica and SSIS.

    • Solid understanding of MDM technologies and data governance practices.

    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and business intelligence tools.

    • Strong skills in SQL and database engineering for large-scale environments.

    • Ability to create business requirement documents and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

    • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CICD) frameworks for seamless deployment. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
