    Description A reputable healthcare organization is hiring a Remote Patient Account Representative to provide exceptional support to patients with their Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). This role requires an experienced professional who is well-versed in medical billing, the complete revenue cycle management process, and possesses extensive knowledge of appeals and denials management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient email inquiries related to EOBs, addressing concerns about claim accuracy, claim details, billing errors, and other account-related questions.

    • Claims Investigation and Resolution: Accurately review and analyze EOB claims to identify any discrepancies. Work proactively to resolve billing issues by contacting patients, payers, or healthcare providers as needed to obtain clarification or additional information.

    • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between patients, insurance payers, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of claim issues.
