    We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney a dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of prior litigation practice experience and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services to clients. This role offers the opportunity to engage in challenging cases and collaborate closely with a skilled team of professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in complex commercial litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

    • Prepare and strategize for trial, including witness preparation and evidence review.

    • Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and other necessary court documents.

    • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

    • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative approaches to litigation challenges.

    • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, maintaining open and transparent communication.

    • Manage case files and deadlines to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

    • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.

    • Strong skills in trial preparation, motion practice, and legal writing.

    • Proven ability to draft clear and persuasive pleadings and motions.

    • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
