Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Visalia, California. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work onsite three days a week, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless financial operations. The ideal candidate will excel in data consolidation, financial reporting, and strategic planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate monthly financial data across multiple entities, including data loading and journal entry preparation within Planful.

• Develop and maintain Planful reports to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by managing and creating input templates in Planful.

• Provide technical and functional Planful support to department managers and the accounting team.

• Perform administrative tasks in Planful, such as managing security settings, documenting processes, and training users.

• Maintain a master chart of accounts for all operating companies, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Reconcile financial data in Planful with various general ledgers and investigate discrepancies.

• Collaborate with IT and external partners to troubleshoot and maintain Boomi integrations related to Planful.

• Drive process improvements and streamline financial operations to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• At least five years of experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles, demonstrating attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Planful, including system administration, reporting, and planning capabilities.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel with advanced functionalities.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to proprietary systems; familiarity with Syspro and Agris is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
