Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, Michigan. This role involves providing strategic insights and detailed financial analysis to support corporate initiatives, enhance market positioning, and drive shareholder value. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both tactical decision-making and long-term planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate corporate initiatives by conducting thorough planning, assessment, and analysis.

• Propose strategic alternatives to strengthen the company’s market position and competitive edge.

• Deliver actionable insights through competitive analysis to support strategy development and tactical decisions.

• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting to inform decision-making processes.

• Analyze business data to recommend alternative scenarios for profit improvement and value creation.

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

• Prepare detailed financial analyses and ad-hoc reports to support various business initiatives.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the finance team. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of four years of experience

• Proficient in month-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analyses and forecasting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up practices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
