Our tech client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper who can efficiently manage day-to-day financial transactions while supporting larger accounting initiatives. As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their operations run smoothly and their financial health remains strong.

    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

    + Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and client billing for efficient reporting.

    + Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.

    + Support month-end closing processes and assist in preparing financial reports.

    + Collaborate with management to address discrepancies and improve financial data management systems.

    + Stay compliant with regulatory and tax requirements.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the tech or fast-paced industries

    + Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus!

    + You have a sharp eye for detail and precision, and you’re proactive about addressing discrepancies.

    + Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.

    + Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent work experience).
