Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various accounting and administrative functions while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in handling invoices, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Input invoices into the accounting system with precision and accuracy.

• Obtain necessary approvals for invoices and ensure timely processing.

• Manage billing operations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

• Monitor and update project statuses in collaboration with Project Managers.

• Handle the application and processing of business licenses as required.

• Process and enter invoices using QuickBooks software.

• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Skilled in billing and invoice processing.

• Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting tasks.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
