Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering various aspects of contracts, billing, and reporting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage new transactions within the company's aircraft management system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Handle billing and invoicing for rentals, maintenance reserves, overdue interests, security deposits, part sales, and other related transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and oversee the collection process for outstanding amounts, including part sales and rebills.
• Prepare and update maintenance reserve summaries, supporting monthly calculations, rate escalations, and claim reimbursements.
• Process maintenance reserve rate escalations and ensure updates are accurately reflected in the management system.
• Track and analyze flight data to calculate engine billing rates as required.
• Ensure timely renewal and processing of insurance documents within the management system.
• Compile and distribute reports to lessors, lenders, and lessees on a monthly basis or upon request.
• Collaborate with the Contracts team and other departments, including financial analysts, marketers, attorneys, paralegals, technical managers, and accountants.
• Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience with business systems and contract administration processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS.
• Familiarity with billing functions, claim administration, and amendments.
• Strong analytical skills, including auditing and reconciliation tasks.
• Experience with clinical trial operations or similar administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and adherence to policies.
