Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining organized and accurate office records while supporting daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Enter data into systems with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all records are complete and error-free.

• Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents to maintain an orderly office environment.

• Shred confidential paperwork in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist with general office tasks such as email correspondence, organizing files, and performing calculations.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents as needed.

• Perform typing tasks to support the creation of reports, forms, and other documentation.

• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information as required.

• Collaborate with team members to complete various administrative assignments on time.

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and ensure proper storage.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive information. Requirements • Proficient in 10-key typing with high accuracy.

• Demonstrated experience in data entry and administrative tasks.

• Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document management.

• Ability to organize and manage files in both physical and digital formats.

• Skilled in performing basic calculations and typing tasks.

• Experience in email correspondence and maintaining clear and effective communication.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
