Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Jupiter, Florida. This role is integral to driving data-driven financial strategies, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and projections to support long-term organizational goals.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts by analyzing data and revising projections based on performance trends and market conditions.
• Manage the annual budgeting process, including data collection, consolidation, and generating detailed reports.
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the financial implications of various business strategies and market changes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards while identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Analyze operational costs, provide insights into cost drivers, and support initiatives to optimize expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals and translate business requirements into actionable financial plans.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Perform trend analyses to assess financial performance and stability, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
• Support the development and use of financial models to evaluate scenarios and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of cost management strategies and capital planning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and other financial systems.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and practices in financial management.
