Robert Half HR Solutions is recruiting for a contract HR Workforce Compliance Consultant to support our client on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This workforce compliance role focuses on optimizing operations, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local regulations, and driving strategic integration efforts. The ideal HR candidate will excel in fostering collaboration across teams, streamlining processes, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet organizational goals. This workforce compliance consultant will be required to have experience in the healthcare industry as well as in large multi-state environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare industry regulations across all HR functions.

• Oversee the planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Develop and implement workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and compliance standards.

• Provide expert guidance and training to HR partners and leadership on employment laws, policies, and risk mitigation practices.

• Lead credentialing initiatives to ensure all certifications, licenses, and registrations meet regulatory requirements.

• Design training materials and deliver sessions to support the adoption of new compliance processes and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges, promoting seamless operations.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Manage special projects related to HR compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, Quality Improvement, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience within a healthcare facility or a closely related environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.

• Proven track record in process integration, compliance, and strategic planning.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems; PeopleSoft experience preferred but not required

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
