Description We are looking for a dynamic Associate to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction defect litigation, coupled with strong courtroom and deposition experience. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication, research, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle construction defect litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and representation.

• Conduct depositions and represent clients effectively in courtroom proceedings.

• Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Perform detailed legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

• Manage claim administration processes with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP tools to analyze case-related financial data.

• Demonstrate fluency in Spanish to support bilingual client communications, if applicable.

• Maintain effective communication within the team and with external parties to ensure smooth case management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.

• Strong academic credentials from a recognized institution.

• Proven expertise in courtroom proceedings and deposition handling.

• Exceptional communication, drafting, and research abilities.

• Proficiency in accounting functions, auditing, and claim administration.

• Experience with accounting software systems, ERP tools, and CRM platforms.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
